If you are a Google+ user for a long time (From The Time It was Invitation Only) you must have noticed that lately Google has added a new section on their news stream called “What’s Hot”. Basically it is a feed of all posts that have gained popularity in a short period of time. If you are like me who want your stream to be neat and clean, and want to remove this unnecessary section from your profile then you are in right place.

Today I am going to share a very simple solution to Remove the “What’s Hot” section from your Google+ Stream. I really don’t want to write a long post and waste your time . So I am directly going to the solution. I am going to take help of a small “User script” for this purpose.
You have to use “Google Chrome” as a web browser to use this method. All you have to do is Just go the “user scripts” website and install the script called “What's Hot... Isn't” (Click the Install Button on the upper-right section of the website). This will install a small script on your Chrome Browser and you job will be done. The script should work in Firefox through Grease monkey Add-on but I have not tested it so cant say anything about that.
This script is dependent on the class name used for the "What's Hot" section. If Google decides to change the class name, it will break this script. So if the script stops working then please check back the script website and see if there is any updated to the script available or not. If yes then install the new version.
