Google Search Gets A 34-button Virtual Scientific Calculator

We all know that Google Search is more than just an ordinary search engine because you can use Google Search to know weather information, time in a particular city, stock quotes, unit conversion, sports scores, quick calculations and much more. Previously you can use Google search interface to do some basic calculations but recently Google has added a 34-button Virtual Scientific Calculator to it's search interface and now you will be able to do some serious calculations right from the search page.

Previously, when you enter a basic calculation like 10+49+90 into the search bar, Google simply display the calculated value above the search result. Now, when that equation is entered into the search bar, the answer pops up along with the new calculator. The best part is that this calculator works in both desktop and mobile interface and it even works with Desktop Voice Search. The calculator has a full complement of scientific functions, including sin, cos, tan, log, exponential calculation, and square roots. Mobile users may have to view the calculator in landscape mode to see all the functions.

To access the calculator just type 'calculator' into the search box and hit the Enter key. The virtual Google Scientific calculator will also appear if you type in a calculation say 10+20 into the search box and can also be used for more complex calculation needs such as 40*90+(sqrt 45)^2.  You can also access the calculator with Desktop Voice Search. Just click the little microphone icon in the search bar, speak your equation out loud and within a couple of seconds you will get your answer. Simple...

Overall, this brand new Scientific Calculator is an extremely useful feature to have because now you can rely on Google Search for your relatively complex calculations. No need to carry a scientific calculator with you anymore.
